Lionel Hotel Istanbul

The hotel had large and clean rooms, a plus. The staff were helpful and provided tips about the city. The location was convenient and easy to reach popular destinations in around 20 minutes by car.

The cleaning service was not up to par. Our room was not cleaned for several days, and we had to request towels and other amenities.

Luxurious Experience with Exceptional Staff Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was divine, with a steam room, full body massage, and beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool was kept clean and had comfortable loungers. the restaurant offered halal food and the buffet breakfast was extensive. the bar/lounge area was pleasant with attentive staff. the private facilities in the room were exceptional, with a treatment room and an in-room breakfast available.

Minor Issue with Location the only minor issue was the hotel's location. Although there was a garden area, there were not many location advantages for touristy-activities, but taxis could be called by reception.

The hotel is fairly clean with good services and outstanding food. Brand-new rooms with bath tub and a good view, for instance and attentive staff. Early check-in.

We loved the spacious and modern room with high-speed wifi. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. They even guided us on how to use the metro to explore the city like real tourists. The breakfast spread was lavish with many varieties of Turkish bread and eggs made to order. we had a nice stay at Lionel Hotel. Highly recommended!

i had a comfortable stay in a long time. everything was great, including welcoming stuff and unbeatable location close to tourist attractions. i have stayed in superior king room for 1 night, it was complete with bath tub and ac, for instance.

Peaceful hotel in a good area so close to the shopping mall as well as tram station. The venue had fantastically friendly staff who made the stay perfectly pleasant. Buffet breakfast with every taste was perfect.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, which makes it difficult to get a taxi, but once you get one, it's easy to reach the city centre. The room was spacious and the breakfast offered a good spread. However, the bathroom was average, and the toiletries provided were below standard.

The gym and sauna were good facilities, but the human connection with customers could be improved.

Rooms were spacious and bright, allowing for great views of the city. Bathroom felt like a luxurious spa experience. Reception and bell staff were friendly and open to feedback. Property was secure for families and taxis were prompt. Breakfast had a large variety of foods, including made-to-order dishes by the chefs and pancakes.

This hotel offers beautiful decoration, excellent service, delicious breakfast, and comfortable beds. The strategic location allows easy access to attractions if you have a car. Minimum traffic makes it hassle-free to come and go without wasting time in crowded areas. Connecting rooms are available for families, and the prices are reasonable.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints at all.
